The customer is informed about the availability of jewelry through expressions such as ‘in stock’, ‘unavailable’.
The estimated date of delivery is communicated via email after the confirmation order.
The user can request the return of jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
The following rules apply for refunds:
Refund the entire amount of the order including shipment costs, applied in the following cases:
(a) The jewelry is defective
(b) The jewelry box is damaged, wholly or partially
(c) The jewelry delivered was not the same as ordered through the online store
(d) The user chose to cancel the order before jewelry was shipped
In cases (a), (b) and (c) evidence is required such as a photo and a copy of the order, in order to proceed to refund.
The refund applies to the amount of jewelry minus the cost of shipping them, if the user chooses to cancel the order after sending the products.
If the jewelry returned damaged, incomplete or obviously used, the user loses his right to compensation partially or total, depending on the status of the products The return of jewelry will be made after prior consultation with the shop as well as returning the money to the customer. If the payment was made by credit card, the charge on the credit card will be canceled within 30 days of the application and if the payment was made with cash, with refund to the customer.
If the jewelry is not returned within ten (10) days of receipt, then the company is entitled not to accept the return and therefore refuse to replace.
